Venetian Celebrations in Helsinki 2025

Venetian celebrations and the Night of Ancient Fires, or the end-of-summer festivities, will be celebrated on Saturday, August 30, 2025. This year, end-of-summer events will be held in several neighborhoods of Helsinki. The evening will also include fireworks. Korjaamo Venetians in Töölö on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with programming for the whole family. The evening continues primarily with programming aimed at adults. Free admission.
Family Venetians on Vartiosaari on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Free admission, ferry ride to Vartiosaari is chargeable. The ferry to Vartiosaari departs from Laajasalo, at the end of Reposalmentie.
Crunica Children's Venetians on Tervasaari on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Free admission.
Lauttasaari Venetians on Casino Beach on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Free admission.
Earlier in the day at the same location, Lauttasaari Day is celebrated.
Laajasalo Venetians at Kruunuvuorenranta around Oil Tank 468 on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Free admission.

Fireworks at the Venetian Celebrations in Helsinki

Restaurant Löyly on Hernesaari will hold a fireworks display on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at approximately 9:50 p.m. The best viewing spots can be found on the shore of Kaivopuisto.

Espoo: Kivenlahti Bubbles at Kivenlahti Beach on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Free admission.

Porvoo: Porvoo River Carnival on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 2 p.m. to midnight.
Porvoo: Hamarin Seo at the Venetian Celebration on Saturday, August 30, 2025 will feature, among other things, an eagle at 8 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m., and a fire and pyrotechnics show at 10 p.m. Free admission.
