- Dance and play workshops at the cultural center Caisa (Kaikukatu 4 B) in the Maissi hall on Mondays. Toddlers (1-3 years) dance with their own adult at 9:15 am and children at play age (3-5 years) at 10:15 am.
The Dance and Play workshop inspires and guides Helsinki parents and children to make and experience dance art together. You can participate in the workshop whenever it suits you, at all sessions or just some of them. Choose a time that works for you and arrive on time. No advance registration needed; places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 12 first arrivals fit in. Free entry.

- Family Fun Time offers under-school-age children and their parents a space where they can move together independently and free of charge. Family Fun Time sessions on Mondays:

Sports Fun Time offers children under 9 and their families the opportunity to move in diverse ways and have fun. You can arrive according to your own schedule, there's space for strollers in the entrance hall and you should remember to bring your own lock for the changing room.
