Helsinki's Children's and Families' Services - Collaboration Request

Do you know about children's and families' services in your neighborhood and, for example, the schedules of parent-child groups?

Information about children’s and families’ services is scattered widely and there is much tacit knowledge. Would you like to help compile information about Helsinki’s different neighborhoods in one place? The dream is to create an information bank where everyone could find their neighborhood parent-child groups, playgrounds and other children’s and family activities from one location. The idea behind this is a genuine desire to help families find services and bring more users to these services.

The work is extensive for one person and challenging precisely because of the tacit knowledge involved, so if you want to help, share your knowledge by message or contact us by email (mari(at)pientenhelsinki.fi). Even small pieces of information are valuable. Hopefully we'll see more playmates and coffee company at parent-child groups and swing buddies at the park, plus fame and glory if you wish to have your name as the article's author. A few neighborhoods are ready, but much more is needed! The information will not be used for commercial purposes.
