Playground at Hiihtomäentie Park

The Hiihtomäentie park playground, also known as Wolf Park, is located in old Herttoniemi. The park is small, but there’s plenty for young children to do. The park is well-maintained and the nearby Hiihtomäentie road doesn’t cause much disturbance, as the playground is situated below a hill and surrounded by plenty of trees. The park also has sand toys available for all children to enjoy. Special mention goes to the wonderful wolf sculpture that greets visitors at the edge of the park.

Wolf Park is within walking distance of Herttoniemi metro station, and for example, Herttoniemi library is located about a kilometer away from the playground. There’s also a grocery store at the nearby Erätori.
